No Win No Fee Agreement – also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) – means you don’t have
to worry about paying any upfront legal fees. If we take on your case and you don’t win you don’t pay any fees. You have No risk – No hidden fees and there is nothing to pay upfront. If you don’t win, you don’t pay, it’s as simple as that. Where we do offer No Win No Fee agreements typically customers will pay 25%+VAT of the amount recovered by our solicitors, although this will be subject to your individual case, circumstances and the
actual fee may be less than this, but it will never be more that 25%+VAT. Please note this excludes claims for Road Traffic Accidents where customers typically pay 30% + VAT due to changes introduced through the Civil Liability Act 2018.
