Animal Attacks

Animal Attacks

The most common form of animal attack is from a dog bite but injuries can also occur as a result of injuries from roaming livestock on farms, at zoos or from Horses. An animal attack can be very frightening and cause significant injuries. The owner of the animal owes you a duty of care. The animal should be controlled and access to them should be under supervision. The owner of the animal will usually have insurance for such an event and a claim can be made against them. If you have been injured because of an animal attack, call the team at Personal Injury Helpline on 0333 358 0559 to speak with one of our friendly experienced claims handlers or fill in our claim form for a call back.
